Propel Air Fans LLC (“Propel Air,” “us,” or “we”) is committed to providing you with the best possible user experience. Maintaining your privacy is a large part of this commitment. When you use the Propel Air Site, online ordering system, or otherwise place an order with Propel Air using our systems (collectively, the “Propel Air Platform”), you’ll share some information with us, so we want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices we give you to control, access, and update your information. As such, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is a binding legal agreement between you and Propel Air. All users of the Propel Air Platform are required to review and be bound by this Privacy Policy. You agree to this Privacy Policy by accessing, or in any way using the Propel Air Platform. COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

If you choose to make a purchase a product or subscribe to a feature or service of ours that requires a fee, you will be required to provide us with your payment information, including, without limitation, bank account numbers, credit card or debit card numbers, account details, ACH information, and similar data (collectively, “Payment Information”).

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING COMPANIES

We may share User Information with third parties for ad distribution and ad optimization (defined as the tailoring, targeting of ads). These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), and/or other technologies to collect Other Information for such purposes. Pixel tags enable us and these third-party advertising companies to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits the site on which the pixel tag is located in order to learn which advertisement brings a user to a given site. In addition, we may receive Other Information from advertisers and/or their service providers such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and post-conversion data.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. In addition to the Personal Information, we may automatically collect or receive additional information regarding you and your use of the Propel Air Platform; your interactions with us and our advertising; and information regarding your computer and mobile devices used to access the Propel Air Platform (collectively, the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

  1. From You. Additional information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your product and service preferences;

  2. From Your Activity. We may collect or receive information regarding:

    1. IP address, which may consist of a static or dynamic IP address and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or mobile device;

    3. referring and exit pages and URLs;

    4. date and time;

    5. details regarding your activity on the Propel Air Platform, such as search queries and other performance and usage data; and

    6. Whatever information you send through the Propel Air Platform regarding our services.

We may use both session cookies, which expire once you close the Propel Air Platform, and persistent cookies, which stay on your device until you delete them and other technologies to help us collect data and to enhance your experience with the Propel Air Platform. Cookies are small text files we can use to recognize a repeat visitor to the Propel Air Platform. You authorize us to use the User Information to:

  1. provide and improve the Propel Air Platform;

  2. provide our services;

  1. In order to provide our services, the Propel Air Platform, and administer our promotional programs, we may share the User Information with our third-party promotional and marketing partners, including, without limitation, businesses participating in our various programs.

  2. We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include providing technical assistance, customer service, marketing assistance, and administration of promotional programs. These other companies will have access to the User Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.

In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, the Propel Air Platform, and our products and services, we may analyze certain User Information in anonymized and aggregate form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Propel Air Platform and/or such products and services. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share and/or license this aggregate data to our affiliates, agents, business and promotional partners, and other third parties. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe the Propel Air Platform and these products and services to current and prospective business partners and investors and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

  4. We may share some or all of your User Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us.

  5. As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, the User Information may be part of the transferred assets.

  7. Please keep in mind that messages, chats, or any other content sent to others on the Propel Air Platform can always save that content or copy it outside the Propel Air Platform. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to the Propel Air Platform as well: Don’t send messages or share content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.
